Neighborhood Reminders
Tree Maintenance:
The Homeowners Association has received complaints regarding street trees
growing into the sidewalk and street areas. The HOA is asking that all
homeowners trim the street trees adjoining their property. As a
suggestion, street trees should be trimmed back a minimum distance of 60 inches
from the ground. Branches extending into the roadway and sidewalks should also
be trimmed back. The HOA had trees in the common areas trimmed last fall
so these trees can be used as an example for trimming.
Lawn Maintenance: Please remember that taking care of your lawn
makes the neighborhood look good. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding. Please do your part to
keep the neighborhood looking beautiful!
Dog Rules: Please remember that is your responsibility to pick up after your dog when walking through the neighborhood and common areas. There have been several complaints regarding this topic so please be courteous.
