		What colors can I paint my house, trim, and/or accents?

			You are responsible to stay within the original Pulte Pallette.

	Mailbox

		What do I do if my mailbox is damaged?

			You are responsible for your mailbox, its maintenance, and repair.

		Mailbox Maintenance

			The following products are recommended to maintain your mailbox

	Neighborhood Sidewalks

		Can we make the Northville Hills subdivision install sidewalks on the north side of Oak Forest Drive where it meets Crystal Downs Drive East and on the east side of Poplar Drive? The missing sidewalks are a safety concern.

			Unfortunately, Northville Township’s Building Department approved Toll Brothers’ plans for the Northville Hills subdivision without a sidewalk on Oak Forest Drive and on the east side of Poplar Drive. The Woodlands South Homeowner Association addressed this issue multiple times without resolution. It was determined that the driveway on 15716 Crystal Downs Drive East would have to be removed and the property regraded before a sidewalk that meets township regulations could be installed. The Township is unwilling to fund the work and our HOA has no authority over this matter.
